Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Notion Lagree Studio app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Account Use

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- All activity conducted under your account

3. Booking & Cancellation

- Bookings must be made in advance via the app
- Cancellations require at least 12 hour notice
- Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees

4. Payments

- All payments are processed through secure third-party services
- By submitting payment details, you authorize charges for services booked

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in abuse, or compromise the integrity of the app or our studio.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Notion Lagree Studio, its owners, officers, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or resulting from:

- My participation in any fitness classes, training sessions, or related activities at or affiliated with Notion Lagree Studio;
- My use or misuse of any equipment, including but not limited to Lagree machines and associated apparatus;
- My violation of any studio policies, rules, or applicable laws;
- Any personal injury (including death) or property damage sustained by me or caused to others while on the premises or participating in studio activities.

This indemnification obligation includes, but is not limited to, any claims based on alleged negligence of the Released Parties and shall survive the termination of this agreement and my participation in studio activities.

8. Participant Age Minimum

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend classes or utilize services at Notion Lagree Studio without parental or legal guardian consent. By signing this agreement, I affirm that I am at least 18 years old. Participants under the age of 18 may only participate in classes or use studio facilities with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign this waiver on their behalf.

Notion Lagree Studio reserves the right to verify age and deny access to services if appropriate consent is not provided.

9. Media Release

From time to time, Notion Lagree Studio may capture photos or videos during classes or events for use in marketing, promotional materials, website content, and social media. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Consent Required: My image, likeness, voice, or statements will not be used in any promotional materials without my prior, verbal consent.
- Right to Opt-Out: I have the right to decline participation in any photography or videography and may opt out of any media use at any time by notifying Notion Lagree Studio staff in writing or by email.
- Optional Compensation: If I consent to the use of my image for promotional purposes, I understand that I may be eligible for reasonable compensation, which will be agreed upon in writing prior to any such use.

I understand that any media content created without my consent, in which I am unintentionally identifiable, will be removed upon request.

10. Modification of Services

- We reserve the right to modify class formats, schedules and instructors without notice.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By using the Notion Lagree Studio app and participating in classes, you confirm the following:

- I am voluntarily participating in fitness classes and activities offered through Notion Lagree Studio.
- I understand that fitness programs carry risks, including injury or even death, and I accept full responsibility for any personal injuries or health conditions that may result.
- I affirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in such fitness activities.
- I hereby release and hold harmless Notion Lagree Studio, its owners, instructors, staff, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to participation in its programs or use of its app.
- In the event of an emergency, I authorize Notion Lagree Studio to seek medical attention on my behalf.

Specific Equipment Risk Acknowledgement

‍I acknowledge and understand that participation in classes and training at Notion Lagree Studio involves the use of specialized fitness equipment, including but not limited to Lagree machines. These machines utilize springs, unstable surfaces, cables, pulley systems, and sliding platforms, all of which are designed to provide a challenging workout. I understand that:

- The springs may create variable tension and resistance, requiring controlled and proper movement to avoid injury.
- The unstable surfaces and sliding platforms require balance and core engagement, increasing the risk of slips, falls, or loss of control.
- The cables and pulley systems, when used improperly or without attention, can cause strain or entanglement.
- Misuse, unfamiliarity with the equipment, or failure to follow instructor guidance may result in physical harm, including but not limited to strains, sprains, bruises, or more serious injuries.

By accepting these terms of service, I affirm that I have been made aware of these inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation, including any injury or damages that may result from the use of Lagree equipment. I agree to follow all safety instructions and use the equipment only as directed by certified instructors.
